Pathways Connect – Information, Resources, and Support.
This is a new group forming for parents to meet like-minded community members and build social and health connections. Topics will include the science of wellness, nutrition, child development, birth and pregnancy, and many more. Pathways to Family Wellness Magazine will be given to each participant. Girls Night Out
We are co-hosting this fun evening with the Centennial Barn. Grab a friend or come on your own and join us for an enjoyable evening. Try one or more of several classes including Zumba, NIA, Yoga, Jazzercise, meditation and journaling. It is a great chance for women to try some new healthful activities and to rejuvenate. Local massage therapists will be giving relaxing chair massages.

Dr. Jahnke will be speaking about chiropractic and its role in a balanced approach to health.

Thursday, March 15, 2012 from 7-9pm
Registration begins at 6:30pm at the
Centennial Barn 110 Compton Road.
